Anouschka
is a singer-songwriter based in Berlin, Germany. She was raised in the
United States, Europe and Asia. Her slogan “good music for a good
cause” ties in various messages with her performances and releases. Her
current release, the EP titled "So Why?" is co-produced with Harris
Johns (Engineer for Sodom, Toxpack, Slipknot) at Berlin Music Lab. In
addition to Anouschka on vocals and guitars it features Chuck Anthony
(Ace of Base, Back Street Boys, Eric Bibb), James Bradley Junior
(Beastie Boys, Anita Baker, Slash, Chuck Mangione), Rockis Ivarsson
(Skyhigh). The EP was released to help fund her volunteer work with
wildlife conservation in South Africa.

Good Girl Gone Wild
A Culture of Compassion A Message from Anouschka to you
Thank you for stopping by. In 2010, I volunteered for 2 months in the
Bush in South Africa instead of spending money on a CD release party and
promotion. In the course of this training, I earned my South African
Field Guide Credentials. (This Video Clip shows some of this training.) I
am convinced we must find our way back to the mystical reverence and
harmony of our forefathers between animals, man and nature, and leave a
world of wonder for the children of tomorrow.
If you were to look at us from a stars point of view, we would just be
small specks on this earth. We are guests for a short time. Leave your
legacy and as much as possible for the next generation. I spread this
message whenever I can. I believe we should care for one another, our
animals, and our earth. Compassion is more impressive than power and
money.
MY CURRENT PROJECTS:
WILDLIFE CONSERVATION
I am recording a single co-written with South African wildlife author
Gareth Paterson. 50% of the copyright and any proceeds will go to his
Wildlife Foundation in South Africa. The single should be out 2011. More
on this to come.
EDUCATION IN KENYA
I help Milele Children. It's a
transparent scholarship program for children who are orphans or beneath
poverty level and bright and ambitious. The program pays for their
complete schooling to enable them to become productive, empowered
members of their communities and help their country grow. Meet them here.
ANIMAL SHELTERS
I support Tierheim Berlin and have adopted 2 older dogs form there. Cora
and Ghandi. Cora is ten. Her owner died. Ghandi is about 13. He was
found on the streets. He had been abandoned or thrown out. I call him
Ghandi because he's so chill. The older sick dogs are hard to place.
After years of loyalty the last thing they deserve is to be caged up
with no human contact and no walks. Meet my "oldies" here.
